Human Resource Services provides services to support hiring managers in recruitment and employment activities. We strive to attract diverse and highly qualified candidates, and assist managers in the recruitment and selection process that results in hiring individuals who will contribute to the achievement of the University's mission.

Employee Relations

Our Group provides advice to supervisors on how to correct poor performance and employee misconduct. We provide information to employees to promote a better understanding of management's goals and policies. In addition, our group also provides information to assist employees in correcting poor performance and on or off duty misconduct. Assistance is also provided to employees in order to help them to address personal issues that may affect them in the workplace. Employees are advised about University and State policies and procedures, and about their Grievance and Appeal rights.
