Employee Relations
Our Group provides advice to supervisors on how to correct poor performance and employee misconduct. We provide information to employees to promote a better understanding of management's goals and policies. In addition, our group also provides information to assist employees in correcting poor performance and on or off duty misconduct. Assistance is also provided to employees in order to help them to address personal issues that may affect them in the workplace. Employees are advised about University and State policies and procedures, and about their Grievance and Appeal rights.
