Our goal is to offer a wide-range of training & development opportunities designed to equip all Appalachian staff members with the personal and professional skills and knowledge necessary to increase efficient and effective job performance.

Programs for Faculty and Their Students

We welcome the opportunity to partner with Faculty to deliver professional development programs such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, or 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to their Appalachian students.  Please contact the Performance Development Group to learn more.
